Processing Time
- All our items are proudly handcrafted in the USA. That means that every order is unique and specially made for each customer. For this reason, we rarely have any items in stock and ready to ship. All items will take time to complete. We do our very best to produce items in a timely manner.
- Within 24 hours of a placed order, we will communicate via e-mail an estimated "Time of completion" but in general the following guidelines can be utilized:
- General timeframe guideline: 5-14 Business days for processing plus shipping time (please note some items take longer than others, this is only an estimated guideline to cover the basis of all items)
- If you need your order sooner than the average processing time, please contact us before placing your order, with details of what you are looking to purchase and when you need it by. We will gladly give you a closer exact estimated time of completion and do our best to expedite if possible.
Estimated Shipping Times
- 3-5 business days
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We utilize FedEx, Ups or USPS whichever is most feasible based on your order. The cost is based on your order’s total weight and size.
- Your order will ship to the shipping address provided at check out. Please double check for accuracy. If you find this address is incorrect, please notify us immediately. Once the order is received by the carrier, we cannot guarantee nor be held liable for delivery to an incorrect address. Once your order is packaged and ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and the expected delivery.
- We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays regardless of the level of shipping you may choose.
Pickup
We offer pickup or delivery for personal referrals. If you feel you are in this category or received a personal referral card, please contact us with this information (your full name, and referral name if accessible). Upon approval we will gladly work with you for pick up or delivery to eliminate shipping cost. Those in this category include Family, Friends, Neighbors, Colleagues, or friends & family of those
Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the fact that we produce custom made, personalized products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Although a design may not necessarily be personalized, each item is made to order; therefore, the items used for that design were a custom request.
- If you want to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP, within 24 hours of placing your order. You will receive a cancellation confirmation and a full refund will be issued.
- Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your package appears damaged, please consider not accepting it or refusing it
- Shipping Damages – If your item is damaged due to shipping. Please take pictures of the damaged box and/or product immediately. We require photo documentation of all shipping damages. Within 24 hours of delivery. We will contact the carrier and work to get this resolved and replaced.
- If you accept the damaged item and do not contact us with photo documentation, within 24 hours. We will not be able to replace it because you have indicated the item was received in "perfect condition".
Lost, Undelivered, Returned Packages
We will work with you to locate a lost package; we are not responsible for shipper faults.
If a package is returned because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed the package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the order can be shipped again
